1. Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to the UK only. When we rebrand to'Maranzu', we’ll expand internationally. Maranzu will be our new global brand, bringing fresh, exclusive designs with a luxury edge.
2. How much is shipping?
• Free shipping on orders of 2 or more pairs of shades
• Standard delivery (2–4 working days): £2.99
• Next day delivery: £5.99
3. Do you offer local collection?
Yes! We now offer free collection in London. Once you select “Collection (London)” at checkout, we’ll email you the pickup location and arrange a convenient time.
4.How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days.
5. Do sunglasses come with a case or cloth?
Yes, every order comes with a complimentary Barbzboutiquee cleaning cloth to keep your shades fresh.
6.What if my sunglasses arrive damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos, and we’ll get it sorted.
7.Refunds & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.
8.Damaged or Faulty Items
Every item is quality-checked and securely packaged before shipping. If your sunglasses arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days at [email protected] with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if needed.
9.How do I pay?
We accept all major debit/credit cards via Stripe with secure checkout.
10. Will more styles be restocked?
No restocks. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. New and exclusive designs will launch with Maranzu.
